What will you do
Youll support customers through phone email and chat helping with their questions and requests while delivering a professional and high-quality customer experience.
What are we looking for
- Native or fluent German
- Advanced English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Customer Care / Call Centre experience is a plus
- Positive team-oriented mindset
- Currently based in Portugal or able to work from Lisbon

Initially on-site
Possibility to move to a hybrid model after 3 months based on performance
