Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist you will serve as the main point of contact for passengers throughout their travel journey. You will provide assistance with bookings answer travel-related questions and resolve customer issues efficiently helping to ensure a smooth reliable and stress-free experience.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent inGerman (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
