For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant (LIMS LabWare)
- Ability to configure LabWare modules including tests specifications workflows and instrument interfaces using native configuration tools without requiring core development or advanced coding.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and diagnosing data within the underlying LIMS database to support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Background working in regulated laboratory environments such as pharmaceutical food chemical or similar industries with awareness of applicable quality standards (e.g. GxP ISO 17025).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to interact with key laboratory users to clarify requirements validate issue resolution and document findings in a structured knowledge base.
- Fluency in Portuguese or English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model once a week based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
