Full Stack Product Engineer – B2B Marketing & Lead Management

Thousands of small and mid-sized businesses find SIXT online every month and each one is a potential B2B customer. Youll build the engine that turns that digital interest into revenue from the first click to the first rental: generating leads scoring them getting them to the right people fast and measuring what pays. You join a small cross-functional team in Lisbon that works directly with marketing and business leaders at our HQ in Munich Germany with one mission: make SIXTs B2B marketing and lead management measurably better. You dont build infrastructure from scratch: SIXT runs a strong ready-made AWS platform that all our engineering teams build on and you use it from day one so you start fast and stay fast. There are no sprint ceremonies and no quarter-long roadmaps. You ship in days watch what happens in production and iterate. AI agents write all the code and all the tests. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own features end to end across the B2B lead lifecycle from generating leads to scoring and processing them taking each idea all the way to running in production on AWS and turn a marketing question into a live experiment within days: build it ship it measure it then double down or drop it. Bigger bets take weeks not quarters
• You build with AI coding agents such as Claude Code as your only way of working. The agents write the code and the tests; you shape the spec direct the work and decide what is good enough to ship
• You build on our production AI infrastructure the LLM gateway and the managed agent platform and put AI directly into the lead flow from LLM-powered features to agents that run in production
• You run what you build: pipelines deployments observability and security of your services are yours DevSecOps by default
• You wire our lead flow into the platforms B2B marketing lives on such as Salesforce Google and LinkedIn so no lead gets lost between the first click and the first sales conversation
• Youre full-stack by mindset: you solve the problem with whatever it needs whether thats a backend service a React frontend or a scoring model in Python. Most problems in lead processing live in the backend so thats where much of your work lands

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience Youve shipped and operated production backend services and data pipelines. Today we mostly run Java and Go microservices with Kafka and PostgreSQL on AWS and Python for data and scoring but the language matters far less than how fast you learn and deliver
• Data Youre at home in SQL and data warehouses and you know how event tracking and web analytics such as GA4 work and where they break
• AI Engineering Coding agents are already part of your daily workflow. You know how to direct them review their output critically and spot when theyre wrong. Beyond that youre excited to build on real AI infrastructure: we run an LLM gateway and a managed agent platform in production and youll use both. Experience with either is a plus; the appetite to build AI into a product is what counts
• Ownership You build deploy and observe your own services and you treat security testing and monitoring as part of the job not someone elses
• Speed Youd rather ship a small working version this week than a perfect plan next month and you know how to iterate fast without letting quality slip
• Curiosity No marketing or B2B background needed. What you need is the drive to understand how leads become customers and which numbers actually matter and you work hand in hand with marketing and business leaders in Lisbon and at our Munich HQ and with our CRM engineering team push back on vague asks and turn them into experiments that prove or kill an idea within days
