Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular) Technical Lead

For the project we are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and technical architecture capabilities. The ideal candidate will have more than 12 years of experience designing developing and modernizing large-scale enterprise applications with a strong focus on Java Spring Boot Microservices Cloud Solutions and Front-End technologies.

This role requires a hands-on technical expert capable of driving technical decisions ensuring application reliability and security and supporting development teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives across multiple projects and development teams.
• Design develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Drive application modernization and code refactoring initiatives to improve maintainability performance and scalability.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Define and promote best practices for software design code quality automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Support application owners and project stakeholders in technical decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and manage technology obsolescence risks.
• Participate in system integration activities and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and support developers promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
