French-speaking Technical Support Representative

CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform to join their their team in Porto Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as a bridge between customers and developers communicating technical details clearly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Native / fluent in French both verbal and written
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong understanding of MySQL Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage Available to work in shift rotation Monday to Friday 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM High school degree or equivalent (or higher) No prior work experience required but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support
• Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided)
