- Guide System Updates: Walk customers through advanced system updates or software adjustments safely and confidently.
- Maintain Service Standards: Ensure that critical inquiries are resolved quickly accurately and with the highest level of professional care.
- Language Power: Fluent high-level command of both spoken and written French to clearly explain technical steps to customers.
