- Be the First Contact: Answer incoming calls emails or chat messages from French-speaking customers who need help with their accounts or services.
- Solve Everyday Technical Issues: Listen carefully to the customers problem figure out what went wrong and walk them through the solution step-by-step using an easy company guide.
- Keep Accurate Notes: Type brief clear summaries into the system to keep track of what the customers issue was and how it was resolved.
- Run Basic Checks: Help customers test their connections reset passwords or update settings to make sure everything is running smoothly before the interaction ends.
- Spot Common Glitches: Notice if multiple customers are calling about the same issue and report it to team leads so it can be looked into quickly.
- Deliver Great Care: Ensure every customer finishes their conversation feeling heard respected and fully supported.
- Language Power: Excellent spoken and written French (native or near-native level) so you can converse naturally and comfortably with customers.
- Extra Skill Bonus: You either speak conversational German OR you just have a strong personal interest in everyday tech stuff like smartphones apps and basic computer software.
- English Basics: A simple ability to read basic technical English such as understanding standard menu buttons tech alerts or system instructions.
- Patient Listening: Great communication skills and the patience to help customers who might not be very tech-savvy themselves.
