Day to day you will be provide after-sales and technical support to customers via phone email and chat assist users with repair inquiries and troubleshooting including guidance on product use handle complaints professionally and empathetically ensuring a high-quality experience collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service processes collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and performance goals and maintain professionalism and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
