Im currently recruiting French-speaking professionals to join an international Payment Solutions project in Lisbon.

This opportunity places you at the intersection of client experience financial technology and account security. You will assist business clients with important account-related matters guide them through digital payment processes and ensure every interaction is handled with clarity accuracy and care.

What youll be responsible for:

Assisting business clients across phone email and chat
Guiding clients through account-related questions and payment processes
Supporting identity verification and account information confirmation
Investigating issues and providing clear effective solutions
Following regulatory guidelines and internal security procedures
Ensuring timely follow-up and successful resolution of each interaction
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Collaborating with an international team and sharing best practices
Creating a professional and reassuring experience for every client

What were looking for:

Native or fluent French both written and spoken
Strong command of English
Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented position is a plus
Excellent communication and active-listening skills
Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive information
Analytical thinking and the confidence to resolve issues independently
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
Friendly professional and proactive working style
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
