CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Digital Marketing Sales Specialists for an international online advertising project based in Lisbon Portugal. Youll act as a trusted consultant building long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to maximize the success of their online marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid role combining office and remote work following the onboarding and training period.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an existing portfolio of business clients and identify new sales opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and act as a strategic digital marketing consultant
• Understand customer business goals and recommend tailored online advertising solutions
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and account expansion
• Educate customers on digital marketing products features and best practices
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using internal CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer success and campaign performance

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in French
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in sales account management digital marketing or customer success is highly desirable
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
• Passion for digital technologies and online advertising
• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a target-driven fast-paced international environment
