French-Speaking Customer Travel Advisor

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Customer Travel Advisors for an international business travel project based in Porto Portugal. If you have experience in customer service and a passion for travel this is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting business travelers across the globe. You will assist customers with their travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless efficient and professional experience through an innovative corporate travel platform. Your Role Provide customer support via phone email and chat in French and English Assist business travelers with booking modifying and cancelling travel arrangements Provide accurate information about travel services destinations and company policies Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently escalating complex cases when necessary Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction Your Qualifications Native-level fluency in French English proficiency at C1 level Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferably within the travel or hospitality industry High School Diploma (12th grade or equivalent) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools Adaptable flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail The Offer Office-based position in Porto Portugal Comprehensive onboarding and paid training Relocation support for candidates moving from outside Portugal including accommodation in a shared apartment for up to 12 months Health insurance from day one of employment (upon completion of the required local registration) Meal allowance Stable employment with long-term career development opportunities Modern multicultural and supportive working environment Opportunity to work on an innovative business travel platform serving international corporate clients
