- Customer Care: Act as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers assisting them via phone email and live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Answer inquiries regarding product features order tracking billing issues and account management with a helpful attitude.
- Platform Guidance: Guide users step-by-step through digital platforms or basic troubleshooting steps to ensure a seamless experience.
- Data Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and case details in our internal CRM database.
- Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates must be located within commuting distance for occasional team meetings or training updates).
- Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (laptop monitor headset and secure digital tools) will be fully provided and shipped directly to your home.
- Salary: Gross monthly (aligned with our French speaker bracket).
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time).
