Your Role: Supporting Online Finances

As a Customer Consultant you do far more than just answer everyday inquiries. You will actively guide users through the digital payment ecosystem ensuring their financial transfers are processed without a hitch:

• Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert assistance to French-speaking clients regarding digital transfers payment gateways and account management.
• Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot platform issues and walk users step-by-step through the details of modern financial tools.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every single interaction strictly adheres to the high-security standards required for handling sensitive financial data.
• Team Synergy: Utilize your English skills to participate in global meetings and collaborate on projects with international departments.
• Feedback Loop: Identify recurring user issues and suggest practical real-world improvements to our product development team.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in French paired with a professional intermediate level of English (B2 level).
