This is an entry-level on-site customer support role for two French-speaking Advisors handling Level 1 enquiries for a French betting brand. Day-to-day they take inbound calls chats and emails about winnings account management and login issues escalating anything beyond Level 1 and using or adapting templates for written replies. It is a fast-turnaround campaign (CVs due 16 October start 19 October) with a relocation package aimed at French speakers moving to Lisbon.

• Native/C2 French English sufficient for a live language verification during the interview (level not specified)
• EU citizen (work permit holders and visa sponsorship not accepted)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Good computer literacy
• High school diploma and ability to provide a clean criminal record

970 per month (gross)

• Performance Bonus: Up to 120 based on KPI (applicable from 4th month onwards)
• Meal Allowance: 8.50 per worked day Payment Structure: Paid with salary at the end of the month Benefits
• 22 business days of annual leave
• Christmas and Holiday Bonuses each equal to one month of your base salary *Health Insurance plan after 6 months on contract

• 360/month for 3 months (reimbursed at the end of the month)
• Assistance with temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding permanent accommodation
• Reimbursement of up to 200 for the cost of a travel ticket (reimbursed after 3 months upon providing receipt)
