Customer Support Representative Telecom (French Speaker)

Monday to Saturday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Start Date: ASAP Permanent Contract

We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a leading telecom project in Porto. This role offers the chance to grow within a fast-paced multicultural environment while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Please note: Applications are only open to candidates living within 30 km of Porto. No relocation support is provided.

• Deliver high-quality customer support across various communication channels
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally in French
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions

• Fluent French (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Availability to work rotational shifts including Saturdays
• Residence within 30 km of Porto

Legal Requirements:

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card
• Valid NIF and NISS

• Competitive base salary paid over 14 months
• Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months (100 gross performance-based)
• Meal allowance: 9.60/day (net meal card)
• Transport reimbursement up to 40/month
• Welcome bonus: 150 gross (paid in the 4th month)
