• Position: French-Speaking Customer Support Agent
• Language Requirements: Native or bilingual proficiency in French plus professional conversational English
• Location: Lisbon (Sete Rios) Portugal (Open strictly to local candidates already residing in Portugal; no relocation assistance is provided)
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule & Working Hours: Rotational shift pattern covering Monday through Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00 with 2 rotating days off per week
• Target Start Date: October 9 2026

• Base Salary: 1100.00 gross per month
• Language Package: 150.00 gross per month
• Performance & Attendance Bonus: Up to 80.00 100.00 gross monthly based on results
• Meal Allowance: 7.00 per worked day

• Native-level fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong communication skills in English
• Prior experience in customer support contact centers or hospitality/travel services
• Valid legal eligibility to work and current residence in Portugal
• Strong problem-solving mindset and flexibility to work rotating shifts
