• Handle inbound phone inquiries from French clients concerning active credit accounts and new loan applications.
• Analyze individual financial project needs and guide customers toward personalized financing options.
• Cultivate high-value long-lasting client relationships grounded in trust clarity and relational excellence.
• Capitalize on cross-selling and commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance data privacy and precise file management according to financial standards.

• Native or C2-level fluency in French.
• Must live in or very near Braga Portugal (Strict on-site requirement).
• Strong interpersonal skills financial empathy and active listening capabilities.
• Rigor integrity and attention to detail when managing customer data and financial files.
• Previous experience in banking insurance credit or customer support is a plus.
