We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing team in Braga. This is a great chance to build your career in a fast-paced international environment while supporting customers in both French and English.

• Deliver excellent customer support across multiple communication channels
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly with customers in both French and English
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Accurately document all interactions in internal systems

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Availability to work rotational shifts within 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (including occasional Saturdays)
• Valid work eligibility:
  • EU ID or Residence Card or
  • Manifestação de Interesse or
  • Valid Work Visa (Type D) with AIMA appointment scheduled or
  • Expired Work Visa (Type D) with completed AIMA appointment
• NIF required
• NISS is a plus (support can be provided if needed)

• Competitive base salary paid over 14 months
• Annual performance bonus of 155
• Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
• Braga position bonus: 20/month (paid as a welcome bonus across the first 12 months)
