• Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer and app literacy
• Comfortable handling inbound calls Please note that candidates must already be residing in Portugal as relocation is not offered for these remote positions. Candidates who live within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in is only shipped to candidates who live more than 50 km away. Kindly ensure that candidates are informed of this requirement in advance as it may be a deciding factor for them

930 per month (gross)

• Up to 85 per month productivity bonus
• Food allowance (763 per working day)
• Health insurance since day 1 upon monthly payment (but the candidates need to already have NIF and NISS if not they first need to take care of it as this data is mandatory to enroll them in health insurance). Free after 6 months of contract

• Please note that candidates must already be residing in Portugal as relocation is not offered for this remote position
