French-speaking Customer Service Representative – Braga

Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00-18:00 (rotational shifts) Weekends off

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in Braga. You will support users of an innovative app-based solution designed to enhance the employee experience which allows employees to manage benefits such as meal mobility and gift vouchers. You will assist customers with the apps features and benefits primarily through inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about the apps features and use
• Provide support primarily through inbound calls
• Answer questions on account creation and balance management
• Inform customers about all service features
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level French
• Customer support experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and apps
• Availability for rotational shifts Monday to Friday
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Braga
