French-speaking Customer Service Representative – Braga

Location: Braga Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday Sunday and one rotational day off

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in Braga. You will work for a leading European e-commerce company and be the primary point of contact for customers providing essential support for orders deliveries and product inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone about order status and tracking providing accurate and timely updates
• Assist customers with questions about delivery times shipping and order delays
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional solution-oriented manner
• Support customers with product availability and inventory-related inquiries
• Assist with order changes cancellations returns and exchanges following established procedures
• Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Fluent French
• Excellent communication skills empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Braga
