Schedule: MondayFriday with rotational shifts between 07:0019:00 plus Saturday 08:0015:00. Two days off: Sunday one rotational day.

The role: On-site customer-service position with Concentrix in Braga providing French-language customer support in a dynamic service environment.

Requirements:

C2/native-level French
Must already reside in Portugal
Must live within 50 km of the Braga office
Candidates requiring relocation or living outside the radius will not be considered

Benefits:

2000 welcome bonus paid over 12 monthly instalments
155 performance bonus
6-month contract

Relocation: No relocation support.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Portugal within 50 km of Braga and have the necessary valid work permit/right to work in Portugal.
