French-speaking Customer Service – Consumer Credit Platform

Schedule: MondayFriday rotational shifts between 07:0017:30 weekends off.

The role: Act as the main point of contact for customers of a consumer-credit platform. Youll handle enquiries regarding existing credit and new financing projects analyse customer needs and propose suitable financing solutions. The position also includes identifying commercial opportunities during inbound and outbound calls and managing customer files according to procedures.

Requirements:

• Native/fluent French
• Strong ability to analyse customer needs
• Comfortable proposing appropriate financing options
• Rigorous and responsible approach to managing customer files
