Salary: 930 gross/month
Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:3018:00 MondaySaturday with approximately one Saturday every two months. Sunday one rotational day off.
The role: Customer-service position for a leading automotive group. Youll assist customers following vehicle repairs or incidents including questions about invoice coverage replacement vehicles and other mobility solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams repair centres and external partners.
Requirements:
- Fluent French
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Team-oriented approach
- Available for rotational shifts
- Must already reside in Portugal and live within 50 km of the Braga office
Benefits:
- 7.63 food allowance per working day
- 95 performance bonus
Relocation: No relocation support.
Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Portugal within 50 km of Braga and have the necessary valid work permit/right to work in Portugal.
