French Speaking Customer Service Agent – E-Health Platform

CloserHire is partnering with a leading provider of digital healthcare solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their offices in Braga this role you will play a key part in supporting healthcare professionals ensuring they are confident and successful in using the companys software and services. Responsibilities:

• Guide and support healthcare professionals by phone responding to incoming queries and making proactive follow-up calls
• Deliver remote training sessions to ensure users feel confident navigating the platform
• Handle requests received via email and ticketing systems ensuring fast and accurate resolution
• Advise customers on product features and usage resolving doubts and helping them make the most of the software
• Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback on recurring issues
• Maintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing customer insights with the relevant teams

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French (C2)
• Previous experience in a customer service or tech support role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with providing phone-based training and guidance Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and software quickly
• Eligible to work in Portugal
