French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Travel

Were recruiting French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Travel account based in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 13/Aug/26.

150 Euro language bonus.

In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
