A Social Media & Trust client in Porto Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 07/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

On site recruitment closes 1 week prior.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
