French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Multilingual Services

A Multilingual Services client in Braga Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26 17/Sep/26.

Only native-level French speakers will be considered for this position.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
