Role Overview We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a hybrid project based in Porto. You will support customers through phone email and chat ensuring clear communication accurate information and a positive service experience.

Requirements French C2 (mandatory) English B1 (minimum) B2 preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Customeroriented mindset and problemsolving skills
