Job Summary
A Fintech client in Porto Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
Youll support customers of a modern financial services product.
Work model: Remote.
Start date: 24/Aug/26.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.
Remote on site 1 day per quarter.
Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.
Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
