A Entertainment client in Porto Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll support subscribers of a well-known entertainment brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 07/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

On site recruitment closes 1 week prior.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
