Were recruiting French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on an Automotive account based in Lisbon Portugal.
Youll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.
Work model: On-Site.
Start date: 14/Sep/26.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.
Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
