French-Speaking Customer Relations Advisor

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Relations Advisor to join an international team in this role you will support customers handle inquiries build strong customer relationships and provide guidance based on individual customer needs.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding existing services and new requests
• Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Native-level or fluent French
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• High level of professionalism accuracy and integrity
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• EU work authorization required
