Your Role

• : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using
• a global social media platform and
• Instagram ads products
• Assist clients through various communication channels including live chat emails and outbound phone calls
• Resolve issues improve customer satisfaction and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers
• Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients advertising experience

Your Profile

• : Fluency in French (C2) and proficiency in English (B2)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced innovative environment
• Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage
• Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends
