Key Objectives

• Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert-level assistance to French speakers regarding payment gateways digital transfers and account management.
• Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through the complexities of modern financial tools.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions meet the high-security standards required for financial data processing.
• Team Synergy: Use your English skills to participate in global briefings and collaborate on cross-departmental projects.
• Feedback Loop: Identify recurring user pain points and suggest improvements to the product development team.

Required Skills & Traits

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in French with a professional B2 level of English.
• Openness to Learn: While previous experience in a similar role is an asset it is not a prerequisite. We value your attitude and ability to absorb new information.
• Digital Fluency: Quick to master new software and comfortable working in a multi-screen environment.
