French-Speaking Connected Services Support – Lisbon, Portugal

Day to day you will be manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution process back-office requests accurately and efficiently support customers with connected vehicle services and related enquiries update internal systems and maintain accurate case records troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to customer requests and meet established quality and SLA standards.

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly 12 which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

The package covers full-time position in Lisbon Portugal Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00 opportunity to gain experience within automotive technology and connected services professional training and ongoing support international and multicultural working environment and career development opportunities within a global organization.

• Previous experience in back office customer service or technical support is an advantage
• Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate different systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• English B2 or above for training systems and internal communication
• Native/C2 French
