CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a French-Speaking Customer Care Specialist for a project in the consumer benefits and incentives sector supporting users of a meal card solution.

• Guide customers through their questions and requests with clear accurate and professional communication
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefit solutions
• Present and promote alternative contract options using consultative upselling techniques aligned with customer needs
• Provide complete and correct information using the appropriate tools and processes
• Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a warm solution-oriented approach
• Follow internal procedures and compliance standards at all times

• Fluent
• French (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service call center or customer support is an advantage
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
• Comfortable working with targets and upselling opportunities
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal systems
• Reliable organized and able to work in a structured environment

1026 x12 140 bonus month

• Full-time position Monday to Friday
• Working hours between 07:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
