CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a French-Speaking Customer Care Specialist for a project in the consumer benefits and incentives sector supporting users of a meal card solution.

Day to day that means guide customers through their questions and requests with clear accurate and professional communication handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefit solutions present and promote alternative contract options using consultative upselling techniques aligned with customer needs provide complete and correct information using the appropriate tools and processes ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a warm solution-oriented approach and follow internal procedures and compliance standards at all times.

• Reliable organized and able to work in a structured environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal systems
• Comfortable working with targets and upselling opportunities
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Previous experience in customer service call center or customer support is an advantage
• French (spoken and written)
