French IT Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist

Remote (Must be based in Portugal)

Were looking for a French-speaking IT Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Youll be the first point of contact for customers helping resolve technical issues via phone email and chat while delivering excellent customer service.

• Provide technical support through phone email and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
• Deliver professional friendly and timely support.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen valid residence permit or equivalent).
