Cross Border Talents is looking for a French and English-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join an international support team in Lisbon.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical questions and issues.
• Guide users through troubleshooting procedures.
• Explain technical solutions in a clear and accessible way.
• Record customer interactions and relevant case information.
• Provide professional support and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence using computers and digital tools.
• A patient customer-oriented approach.
