Job Summary
Are you fluent in French and English currently based in Portugal Join an international customer service team in Lisbon and develop your experience in a professional multicultural environment.
Location:Sete Rios Lisbon Portugal On-site (No relocation support is provided)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary:1100 gross/*14-month
- 150 Language Package
- Performance & attendance bonus up to 80
- 7 meal allowance per working day
Work Schedule:MondaySunday: 08:0022:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day;2 rotating days off per week
Your Role
As a Customer Support Advisor you will assist French-speaking customers handle inquiries and provide clear and effective solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities

- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong French & English language skills(C1/C2) for professional customer communication.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends.
- Currently based in Portugal.
