French & English-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Location: On-site Porto Portugal

Are you fluent in French and English and passionate about customer service and sales Join our team in Porto and help customers enjoy a seamless car rental experience by providing personalized support and recommending services that meet their needs.

• Provide customer support via phone email and messaging in French and English.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations booking conditions and rental procedures.
• Support clients before during and after their rental experience.
• Recommend additional services and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle post-rental inquiries including invoices and damage-related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely effective solutions.

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in French and English.
• At least 1 year of contact centre or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.

• Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
• Weekends off.
• On-site position in Porto Portugal.

• Food allowance of 7.63 per working day.
• Relocation support including shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
• Relocation details will be discussed during the interview.
• Flight tickets are not included.
