French + English Customer Service Representative

I am seekinga Frenchand English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries resolving customer issues assisting multiple markets and providing support related to healthcare or technical products and services.

Requirements:

• Fluent French and advanced English (C1 level).
• Excellent communication active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage customer complaints handle sensitive situations and work under pressure.
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information.
• Experience in healthcare technical support diabetes or medical devices is an advantage.

• Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday covering 24/7 operations with two rotating days off.
• Occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00.
