French Customer Support Specialist Fintech, Lisbon

Were recruiting French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Fintech account based in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll support customers of a modern financial services product.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 21/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Training on site then remote.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
