• Note: Applicants must currently reside in Portugal (no relocation provided).

• FRENCH FLUENCY: C1 or C2 level (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• RESIDENCY: Must already live in Portugal.
• TECH-SAVVY: Strong computer literacy and software skills.
• CUSTOMER FOCUS: Exceptional communication high empathy and a solution-driven mindset.
• AVAILABILITY: Flexible to work rotational shifts as scheduled.
