Position: French Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: 100% On-site
Employment type: Full-time
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via inbound calls chats and emails to Level 1 contacts
- Explain winnings to bettors
- Manage user accounts and assist with login issues
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Write clear accurate responses and customize prepared templates for customer communications
Requirements
- Native or C2 level French
- High school diploma
- Customer service skills including complaint handling troubleshooting and problem solving
- EU citizenship
- Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon
- Available for on-site work in Santos Lisbon on rotational shifts
