French Customer Support Representative – Hybrid

• Schedule: Monday Friday (07:00 AM 05:30 PM rotational shifts) Weekends Off (Sat & Sun)

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: 930/month (paid over 14 months)
• Welcome Bonus: 2000 paid in 12 monthly installments
• Complexity Bonus: 140.00/month
• Food Allowance: 7.63 per working day

What Youll Do

• Handle incoming/outgoing phone inquiries regarding credit and new projects.
• Analyze customer needs to deliver tailored financing options and reassure callers.
• Build strong long-lasting customer relationships following Relational Excellence standards.
• Identify commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
• Manage customer files with rigor integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level French proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work hybrid from Braga (equipment is collected in person if living within 50 km or shipped if living over 50 km away).
• No relocation package is provided.
