Your Role
- Assist customers with the employee benefits app.
- Help with account creation access and balance inquiries.
- Guide users in understanding and using their benefits.
- Deliver professional support and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
- Fluent in French.
- No English required!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must currently reside in Portugal.
- Must have valid documentation to work legally in Portugal.
- Available for rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
