We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Advisors in Porto Portugal!

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday Rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm

What we offer:
Base salary: 1020 gross x14 months
Guaranteed bonus of 100 gross during the first 3 months (with higher performance bonus opportunities afterwards)
Meal allowance: 9.60/day (meal card)
Transportation reimbursement up to 40
Welcome bonus of 150 gross paid in the 4th month
Private health insurance after 4 months

Your mission:
Support customers via inbound calls
Assist with subscriptions billing and troubleshooting
Provide personalized solutions and excellent customer service

Requirements:
French fluent/native level
Good communication skills
Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Availability to work on-site in Porto
